As we are preparing for our trip, we have a quick form that each of you need to fill out no later than FIVE MONTHS prior to our trip. Follow the directions below to complete the form as soon as possible.
1. Go to http://registration.prayingpelicanmissions.org
2. Sign in using advent for the login, and
huddle for the password.
3. Select your name from the drop down box. You will need to put in your
birthday in a mm/dd/yyyy format to verify who you are.
4. Fill out the form completely.Once your form is submitted, you are on the road to a life-changing mission trip that will have an impact on eternity!
In one of our team meetings we will go through the Praying Pelican Missions Policy Agreement and sign a Liability Release and Acknowledgement Form. Â You will not be able to go on this trip unless you have filled out this registration form and have signed the Liability Release and Acknowledgement Form.

Donation Request Letter (Print this letter off and send it to as many people as you can. Be sure to include a postage paid return envelope that is addressed to: Advent Youth Department, 1879 N. Germantown Parkway, Cordova, TN 38016. Be sure to include a personal note at the bottom of your letter as well.)
